Do you offer free estimate?

We offer free estimate WITH REPAIR. We do not charge for a trip charge / diagnostic / service call / call out fee as long as you do the repair with us, there will be no cost for the visit. We do not charge for mileage or travel fees. 

I would like to know what the cost is going to be before a technician comes out. I would like to know the full cost of the repair prior to the visit?

Well that depends on the issue. Some issues may not be diagnosed over the phone and we may not be able to troubleshoot the problem based on customer description of the issue. Before we give you an exact cost, we prefer to do a full diagnostic and then we will be able to look up the cost of the part if any parts are needed and give you an exact cost. 

Prices for parts can change frequently and the cost of the part can also depend on which supply house happens to have your part in stock at that moment.

Do you offer warranty on your repairs?

We provide 90-day warranty on parts and labor just to give you a piece of mind that the appliance will not break tomorrow, next week or next month. If the appliance works for that long without any issues it is a good fix the part will most likely last a long time.

Some customers expect us to provide more than that but they don’t realize even manufacturers give only 1 year for a brand-new machine.

Do you offer emergency same-day repair?

Yes, we do same day appliance repair at no extra cost. We also do weekends and after business hours visits depending on availability.  We serve Park Ridge, Arlington Heights, Glenview, Buffalo Grove, Des Plaines, Rolling Meadows, Schaumburg, Inverness, Palatine and more.

We repair all major brands and models refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, ranges, stovetops, dishwashers, water heaters, garbage disposals and more.

We are licensed and insured, and we are a local appliance repair company with years of experience.

What is your hourly rate?

Customers often ask us, what is your hourly rate because they want to understand the cost structure. Well, we do not do it by the hour. It’s per job. Therefore, it does not matter how long the tech is on it or if he has to come back with the part, there is only one flat rate cost and that s what the technician tells you. Of course, not all jobs are the same some jobs are easy, and some will take longer to resolve.  Overall, the labor cost will be between $160 and $250.00 for more complicated repairs. Technicians have been doing this for a while, so they know what to quote based on the complexity or the simplicity of the job and whatever the technician tells is the cost of the repair including parts and labor.

Do you carry replacement parts?

We do carry parts in our trucks and vans but there are so many makes and models now and each brand likes to use it own parts. it is impossible to have all the parts for every make and model. However, as long as the parts are available at the parts store, we will pick up the needed parts and come back the same day or next day depending on when we can pick up the part.

Can my appliance be repaired on the first visit?

In most cases yes. However, if the technician does not have the part needed the repair can be done on the next visit whenever the part is secured. if the part can be obtained from a local store, our technician will come back the same day or next day depending on where the part can be picked up. Moreover, if it is a special-order part, then we call you to schedule another visit as soon as the part is here.

What are your hours of operation?

Sometimes, customers ask us about our hours of operation because they want to if that align with their schedule. Our response is technicians work from 9:00am to 7:00pm but we answer the phone all the time.

However, we do our best to make technicians available when our customers need them. if it is after normal business hours or weekends we will schedule accordingly.

Should I repair my appliance or replace it?

Whether to repair or replace is ma question customer often face. However, the answer to this question depends on what type of appliance, the issue the appliance is having, the brand, the age of the appliance and finally the cost of repair. As long as it is not a major issue, the cost of the repair is usually a fraction of the cost of a new one.

What payment methods do you accept?

Customers have a choice. They can pay with cash, credit card, Zelle, Venmo, Bill.com or can send a check too whatever is easiest.

Do you offer financing?

Customers have an option to do financing for expensive repairs, but it does not usually happen with home appliances. However, if a customer has an issue with a furnace or an air conditioning unit, we can offer financing through a third party.
